Френският архитект и независим изследовател Жан-Пиер Худен е известен със своята едновременно силно оспорвана и повече от достатъчно авторитетна хипотеза за изграждането на Великата пирамида в Гиза с помощта на вътрешна рампа. Тя обаче остава без особена фактологична поддръжка до 2008 г., когато известният египтолог и симпатизант на хипотезата на Худен- Боб Брайър, прониква и изследва неизвестна дотогава кухина във вътрешността на пирамидата, която е интерпретирана като площадка на място където вътрешната рампа прави завой. Впоследствие за неинвазивно проучване на Великата пирамида е стартиран проектът ScanPyramids за проучване на нейната структура със средствата на мюонната томография. В резултат са разкрити нови вътрешни кухини, подкрепящи хипотезата през 2016 (2 броя) и особено на 02.11.2017 г., когато е открита т.нар. "голяма кухина" (big void), разположена над Голямата галерия (Grand Gallery). Освен нея проектът открива (през март 2023 г.) коридор с камера зад оригиналния вход на пирамидата, както и още една интепретирана като остатък от вътрешната рампа кухина от североизточната страна на пирамидата. Всички тези открития са отразени в трилогия от монографии на Жан Пиер Худен, придружени от критичен анализ на платото Гиза и списък от 34 археологически следи подкрепящи неговата теория. The French architect and independent researcher Jean-Pierre Houdin is known for his both highly contested and more than enough authoritative hypothesis that the Great Pyramid of Giza was built using an internal ramp. However, it remained without much factual support until 2008, when the famous Egyptologist and sympathizer of Houdin's hypothesis, Bob Brier, penetrated and explored a previously unknown cavity inside the pyramid, which was interpreted as a landing at a place where the internal ramp made a turn. Subsequently, the ScanPyramids project was launched for a non-invasive study of the Great Pyramid to study its structure using muon tomography. As a result, new internal cavities were discovered, supporting the hypothesis in 2016 (2 pieces) and especially on 02.11.2017, when the so-called "big void" was discovered, located above the Grand Gallery. In addition, the project discovered (in March 2023) a corridor with a chamber behind the original entrance to the pyramid, as well as another cavity interpreted as a remnant of the internal ramp on the northeast side of the pyramid. All these discoveries are reflected in a trilogy of monographs by Jean-Pierre Houdin, accompanied by a critical analysis of the Giza plateau and a list of 34 archaeological traces supporting his theory.

L'architecte et chercheur indépendant français Jean-Pierre Houdin est connu pour son hypothèse, à la fois très controversée et largement approuvée, selon laquelle la Grande Pyramide de Gizeh aurait été construite à l'aide d'une rampe interne. Cependant, cette hypothèse est restée sans fondement factuel jusqu'en 2008, lorsque le célèbre égyptologue et sympathisant de l'hypothèse de Houdin, Bob Brier, a pénétré et exploré une cavité jusqu'alors inconnue à l'intérieur de la pyramide, interprétée comme un palier à l'endroit où la rampe interne faisait un virage. Par la suite, le projet ScanPyramids a été lancé pour une étude non invasive de la Grande Pyramide afin d'étudier sa structure par tomographie muonique. De nouvelles cavités internes ont ainsi été découvertes, confirmant l'hypothèse en 2016 (deux pièces), et plus particulièrement le 2 novembre 2017, lors de la découverte du « grand vide », situé au-dessus de la Grande Galerie. Par ailleurs, le projet a permis de découvrir (en mars 2023) un couloir avec une chambre derrière l'entrée d'origine de la pyramide, ainsi qu'une autre cavité interprétée comme un vestige de la rampe interne du côté nord-est de la pyramide. Toutes ces découvertes sont reflétées dans une trilogie de monographies de Jean-Pierre Houdin, accompagnée d'une analyse critique du plateau de Gizeh et d'une liste de 34 traces archéologiques étayant sa théorie.
